So what do you do if....a trainer cracks an off color joke? If a participant trips on the cord to the projector and injures a knee? If your event runs in the 'red' due to low enrollment? What is your fall back plan if a speaker does not show?
These and countless other situations require some pre-planning so that you manage the risk. We will look at the risk management plan for ASTD Alaska and in the process, you will be able formulate a plan for your own organization, using ASTD as a template.
